U.S. FEDEX SHIPPING & USPS RATES
Our shipping is determined by the items weight and size of
the item! To see your rate, place the product you want to
purchase in the shopping cart and choose your shipping options.
Any product under 1 pound will ship thru USPS. All Products
over 1 pound will ship Fedex.
***Ground Shipping takes 2-7 business days depending on your
location in the United States. Do not count the day you order!
3-4 business day shipping is guaranteed in 4 business days
from the day you order your product. 2-3 business day shipping
is guaranteed to arrive within 3 business days from the day
you order your product.
Getboards.com is not responsible for service transit time
once an order has been released to Fedex or USPS. This information
is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays.
Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak
periods. Delays may occur due to weather and/or other natural
causes. Getboards.com cannot refund the shipping cost for
express or ground shipping paid when an order is late. All
liability for late or lost shipments is due to the respected
shipping company. Getboards.com is released from and not responsible
for the service times of packages and shipments. Adverse weather
conditions, holiday periods (including company holidays which
are not specified), and other unexpected circumstances may
cause delays in service times for which Getboards.com is not
responsible.
If there
is concern about service times or you wish to receive your
item on a particular date, please be sure to place your
order at least two weeks in advance to avoid receiving your
shipment late.
Pre-book
items may be delayed beyond the control of Getboards.com
due to the factory or manufacture from which the said item
had been requested. Please understand that pre-ordering
an item does not guarantee that the item will be available
on the said date.
Backorders
may occur at any time due to an unexpected sales surge,
we will work our hardest to fulfill your order in a timely
manner. There may be unexpected delays in backorders due
to shipping between the manufacture and our warehouse or
other circumstances beyond our control.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES
Getboards.com will process online orders
in
the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe and New Zealand
only!
Orders outside the United States will be Shipped thru
the United States Post Office 7-10 Business Days. If you
live in Europe, Australia or New Zealand, you must email
us at info@getboards.com
for payment instructions.
The Following Company Products may not be shipped out
of the United States: Burton Products, Jarden Corp Products
and all Quiksilver Products.
All Credit Cards Outside of The United States will be
processed using overseas fraud Software which may delay your
package 1-2 days.

Alaska, Hawaii: We can only ship thru the United States
Post Office to these areas which saves you money. Generally,
delivery times vary from 3-5 business days to Alaska and Hawaii.
For other delivery options (such as Next Day or 2 Day Air)
please call 1.800.754.2627 for a price quote.
CANADA ORDERS
- We
use the United States Postal Service for shipment of all
international packages. What this means to you, is that
you get your shipment fast and without hassle. However,
all duties, customs and/or brokerage charges and taxes
are the responsibility of the customer. We do send your
package as a gift, but this not guarantee that you might
have to pay a small tax or duties.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Possible
payment methods if ordering include Mastercard, Visa Card,
American Express Card, Discover Card, Paypal, Travelers
Cheques and Money Orders. There is no surcharge when using
one of these forms of payment.

TAXES
- If
you live outside of California, you do not pay any sales
tax. However, we are required to collect 7.5% sales tax
on all orders placed or shipped within California. Duties
and Taxes could occur depending on your country. We do
ship the product as a gift, so there is a 50% chance you
wont pay these Duties or Taxes.
C.O.D. ORDERS
- Sorry,
we do not accept COD orders.
OUR GUARANTEE
- If
you find a lower, regularly advertised, in-stock catalog
price, we will be more than happy to match or beat the
price-Before your product ships Only!!
- Prices
are subject to change without notice. Once your Items
are shipped, we cannot price match. If an item goes on
sale after you receive your order, we cannot issue the
current on sale price do to seasonal items.
- We
will always confirm prices before finalizing your order.
- We
reserve the right to limit quantities on specials and
promotions.
- All
special promotions are limited to stock on hand.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- We
expect you'll be pleased with your purchase. However,
if you would like to return all or part of your order
for exchange or refund, you must do so within 30 days
from the invoice date. All items must be unused and in
new condition. Clothing must be unwashed. Videos and accessories
must be unopened. Skis cannot be mounted and sent back,
unless there is a warranty isse! All returns and exchanges
will receive prompt attention, and we will make every
effort to expedite the handling of your return request.
Please call our customer service representative as soon
as possible. For your protection, we suggest you return
your merchandise via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We do
not accept C.O.D's. No board or binding is completely
guaranteed. Once the item has been used it can not be
returned or refunded. The only exception would be a manufacturing
defect
Ski warranty does not apply to damage resulting from impact
damage caused by rails, boxes, rocks, stumps or any other
contact with a surface other than snow.

RETURN,EXCHANGE and Price Match PROCEDURE
- Please
email us first before you do anything. customer

Please use the following procedure for any return or exchange:
- Place
the packing slip which came with your shipment in the
package you are returning with an explanation for the
return on the reverse side.
- Please
indicate your preference for an exchange or refund. We
do not accept returns of used or customer-damaged merchandise.
- Returns
must be sent within 30 days of receiving the order.
- Any
items returned in new condition with proof of purchase
will be refunded at full price less any shipping and handling
charges.
- We
will not accept COD's.
- Any
return request after the 30 day period will not be refunded.
- We
cannot accept a return for any customized merchandise.
- We
cannot accept returns for videos which have been opened.
(We cannot price match after purchase has been made!)

BOARD BREAKAGE
- The
main cause for cracks or breaks in a board is from landing
jump improperly. Getboards.com will not replace broken
boards or ones with pressure cracks, rail damage or impact
damage of any kind axcept in the rare case of a manufacturer
defect (see Returns & Exchanges), so board smart.
BOARD SAFETY
- Don't
board beyond your ability. The boarders pictured on our
website or catalog are professionals, and we would make
them wear safety gear if we could. Do not follow their
bad example. Always wear protective gear and watch for
snow-traffic.
SECURE SERVER
- Getboards
uses a Secure Certificate: All of our orders are processed
on a Secure Server which means that your privacy
and all the data you exchange while on this site is protected
from interception and tampering with state-of-the-art
SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology. This
means that your personal information and credit card data
is encrypted before it is transferred.
For added security, we take the extra step of not charging
credit cards online. This ensures that no credit card
information is transferred between online credit card
processing programs. Once we receive the encrypted file
in our office, we then decode it and charge your card
in our shipping facility.
