Technology

Positive Camber-Traditional camber engages the tip and tail of the ski, enhancing ease of entry and exit into and out of a turn, while maintaining solid edge hold.

Triple Zone Core-Three high density wood stringers sit along ultra light wood for a powerful, durable core with explosive energy return. Triple Zone cores resist compression without creating unnecessary weight.

2.5 Impact Edge-This edge has an oversized height and width and the steel is heat-treated to a proprietary hardness which helps resist breaking and tearing out from rails, ledges and any other abuse it might meet.

S7 Base-The S7 features a gliding additive for increased speed and longevity. Our toughest base, find the S7 on any ski that’s looking for rails, ledges, and boxes as much as snow.

Laminate Matrix-We know from the core out exactly how each ski should react, so three kinds of fiberglass laminates are used in combination to deliver the exact amount of flex and torsional rigidity. Bi-axial fiberglass runs in an “x” pattern down the ski to control lateral flex. Uni-directional fiberglass controls flex along the length of the ski. And tri-axial fiberglass, with fibers running in three directions, beefs up the center of the ski. The permutations of the three fiberglasses are nearly limitless and allow us to precision tune the performance of every ski we make.

CK Stringer-A blend of Carbon/Kevlar stringers that run along the tail of the skis to help stabilize it. This creates a better landing platform, especially when your weight is further back than intended. It also increases snap and adds pop to ollies.

Look PX 10 Ski Bindings 2012

The PX 10 Wide is a high-performance freeski binding that comes with a 90mm brake. The reinforced Full Drive toepiece has 180* multi-directional release with high vertical and lateral elastic travel to provide shock absorption, reducing inadvertent release. The composite lateral arms of the PX heel piece are angled down for strong power transmission to the edge of the ski. With 25mm of elastic travel; the heelpiece provides the longest travel of any binding on the market and further prevents unwanted pre-release. The PX screw pattern is the widest on the market, providing skiers with increased leverage and control, especially on wide skis. The PX 10 is a high-performance freeski binding with a DIN range of 3-10 perfect for lightweight freeskiers.
