The Influence 105 has all the ingredients to be one of the most accessible big mountain skis of the year. Skier looking for the little extra power for getting away from groomed snow but are a little weary of picking a true powder ski should find the best of both worlds here. Utilizing the new Capwall Construction, a blend of cap tip and tail with a slight sidewall under foot, the Influence 105 offers good edge hold while still remaining reasonably forgiving. Under the Capwall is Line's signature Maple Macroblock core, for reliable pop and durability, wrapped in a Metal Matrix, for stability at speed and a smooth feel. The 105 also utilizes a slight amount of Early Rise (20cm by 4mm) making the tip plane up in soft snow and crud to make the most of the core and shape. The quick turning P-Cut Geometry and 105mm waist put this Influence in the sweet spot to be a true 50-50 ride and is manageable for advancing intermediates up through solid advanced skiers.
