A new board in the line, the Royal lays down everyday performance for riders who like cruising their favorite lines and exploring new mountains with friends. A fun combination of camber, flex and technology create a feel that flows with the terrain that you ride. 

Technology

FreePop Rocker: A rockered nose and tail that meets a flat mid-body to create a responsive and fun all-terrain camber profile. The flat camber is stable and solid under foot, while the rocker in the nose and tail add buttery playfulness. To give our rocker more kick, we add tech like Bamboosters or TurboRods to help create boards that add power and response to freestyle and pow terrain. Hoss turns, float when it’s deep and ride everything with a stable, responsive feel.

HotRods—Glass Single Barrel: A tube of glass adds a more dynamically poppy flex than flat glass fibers

QuickRip Sidecut: FThe idea behind QuickRip SideCut is to give you a board that rails turns at high speeds and a board that is a playful feeling at slower speeds. To do this we give you two sidecuts with the same radius, one in the mid-section of the board and one in the nose and tail regions. The intersection of these two arcs is near the bindings and creates the Mid-Board Contact Points. The Mid-Board Contact Points provide you with haul ass edge handling but when you slow down give you a fun looser style ride.

TT Matrix: Classic 100% nose-to-tail wood core for pure snap and ollie power. Timeless tried and true, wood is good.

StraightBiax Carbon Laminate: This laminate takes the freestyle-oriented flex of 90-degree biaxial fibers and adds in longitudinal carbon strips that increases ollie power without any unwanted overall stiffness.

XTRD Base: Strong, fast, easy to fix and simple. This is the standard for everyday riding and beyond, wax it, shred it and repeat.
