The 2018 Rossignol SCRATCH PRO all-mountain twin for young, aspiring freeskiers. Featuring the same Mini Cap wood core construction as the athlete-approved, competition-level Scratch, the SCRATCH PRO features traditional camber for confident edge grip and shock absorption with a more forgiving, size-relative flex for progressing park and pipe skiers.

Features

Jib Tip: Our JIB TIP construction features elastomer for increased pop and shock absorption with a shorter, rounder shape for reduced swing weight.

Extended Sidecut: EXTENDED SIDECUT continues past the contact points of the ski, improving high speed grip and low-speed handling. As speed and angulation increases, more sidecut is engaged resulting in powerful full-length edge grip. As speed and angulation decreases, less sidecut is engaged resulting in easier maneuverability.

Minicap Sandwich: MINICAP SANDWICH constructions feature a horizontal layering of core materials (wood, fiberglass, metal, etc) and angled 30° sidewalls for lightened swing weight, enhanced durability and edge grip.

Power Turn Rocker: Designed for on-trail precision, our POWER TURN ROCKER profile features traditional camber through 90% of the ski length for explosive power, snap, and edge grip, with subtle tip rocker (10%) for easier turn initiation and control.

Sidewall: SIDEWALL constructions feature a layering of core materials (wood, fiberglass, metal, etc) and full-length vertical sidewalls to deliver optimized edge grip, precision, balance, and power.

Wood Core: Traditional WOOD CORE constructions offer a natural blend of energy, liveliness, and stability.
