Choose a brake width that is approximately equal to or slightly wider than the waist width of your skis. For example, a ski measuring around 98 mm underfoot would typically pair with a brake slightly wider than 98 mm. Avoid choosing a brake significantly wider than the ski when a closer-fitting option is available.
