Atomic Hawx Magna 120 S BOA Ski Boots 2027

The 2027 Atomic Hawx Magna 120 S BOA is a high-performance alpine ski boot designed for advanced skiers who need a roomier fit without sacrificing power, precision, or control. Built around Atomic’s high-volume Magna platform, the Hawx Magna 120 S BOA combines a supportive 120 flex with the BOA® Fit System for a secure, evenly wrapped fit around the foot. The result is a powerful yet comfortable boot built for confident all-mountain skiing.

Features

  • High-Volume Fit: Built around Atomic’s Magna platform with a roomy 102mm last, providing additional space through the forefoot and instep for skiers with wider feet.
  • 120 Flex: A stiff, responsive flex provides the support and power advanced skiers need for aggressive all-mountain skiing and higher-speed turns.
  • BOA® Fit System: Replaces traditional lower-shell buckles with a micro-adjustable dial and cable system that creates a precise, even wrap around the foot.
  • Prolite Construction: Uses strategic reinforcement in key areas to provide strong power transmission and support while keeping unnecessary bulk and weight to a minimum.
  • Memory Fit: Heat-moldable shell, cuff, and liner technology allows the boot to be customized for a more personalized and comfortable fit.
  • Mimic Liner: Heat-moldable liner technology conforms to the shape of the skier’s foot and ankle for improved comfort, heel hold, and performance.
  • Power Shift: Allows adjustment of forward lean and flex characteristics, giving skiers greater control over the boot’s stance and performance.
  • Adaptive Fit System Cuff: A removable cuff spoiler provides additional room around the calf when needed for a more accommodating fit.
  • GripWalk Soles: GripWalk soles provide improved traction and a more natural walking motion while maintaining compatibility with GripWalk-certified ski bindings.
  • Powerful All-Mountain Performance: Ideal for advanced skiers with wider feet who want a responsive, supportive boot for carving groomers, skiing variable terrain, and exploring the entire mountain.

Step-by-step explanation of how to accurately measure your foot length

1. Place a sheet of paper on the floor and against a wall.

2. Make sure you are wearing thin ski socks. Always make sure to wear thin socks while skiing – if you wear thicker ski socks, you will get colder faster and have pressure points.

3. Wearing thin ski socks, stand on the sheet of paper with your foot perpendicular to the wall and your heel against the wall.

4. Then use a pen to draw a line directly at the end of your big toe. Repeat for the other foot.

5. Using a ruler, measure the distances between the wall and the lines you drew in centimeters. Use the longer distance to determine your size. Your centimeter length equals your mondo point size.

Info

Knowing the length of your foot (hence, mondo point) is only one measurement out of many that are required to genuinely know which boot is right for you. Your boot is an extremely important part of your skiing equipment and if you’re in the wrong one, it can lead to a lot of discomfort while skiing. And because we want you to enjoy this amazing sport as much as possible, we recommend visiting your local Atomic dealer, who can help match you with a boot that suits your unique biomechanical needs.
