Track Order
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. If you do not see it, check your spam or promotions folder. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier.
Cancel an order
If you need to cancel, contact us immediately with your order number. Orders are packed quickly. Once a label is created or the package has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Payment methods
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Travelers Cheques, and Money Orders. There is no surcharge for using these methods. Credit cards issued outside the United States are screened with overseas fraud software. C.O.D. is not accepted
Rates and carriers
Shipping rates are based on item weight and size. To view a quote, add the item to your cart, select Estimate shipping and taxes, enter your state and ZIP, then choose a service. Orders ship via USPS or FedEx, based on destination.
In-store pickup
Local Pickup is available at checkout. Select Local Pickup to remove shipping charges and pick up your order in Big Bear Lake at 40905 Big Bear Blvd. Big Bear Lake, CA 92315.
- We will email you when your order is ready for pickup.
- Bring your order confirmation and a photo ID that matches the payment method.
- If someone else will pick up, please contact us or leave order notes for our team.
Processing times are the same as shipping orders, typically within 12 hours from our Big Bear Lake warehouse. Please wait for the Ready for Pickup email before coming by.
Free shipping
If a product or promotion includes free shipping, it will be noted on the page or at checkout. Otherwise, standard carrier rates apply based on weight and size.
Processing and transit times
Most orders ship within 12 hours from our Big Bear Lake, California warehouse. Carrier transit times may or may not include weekends and holidays and may vary due to peak periods, weather, or other events. Once a package is released to USPS or FedEx, delivery timelines are outside our control. Shipping charges for late carrier delivery are not refundable. Backorders can occur with unexpected demand or inter-warehouse transfers. We strive to get you your new gear fast and fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
Alaska and Hawaii
We ship via USPS to Alaska and Hawaii. Typical delivery is three to five business days. For Next Day or 2 Day Air quotes, call 1.909.878.3155.
International shipping
Online orders are processed and shipped within the United States only. We do not ship to Canada. Certain brands cannot be exported outside the United States, including Burton, K2, Line, Full Tilt, and Quiksilver. If you plan to forward your package internationally, please use a United States delivery address.

How much does shipping cost?

When will my order ship?
Typically within 12 hours. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Are transit times guaranteed?
No. Weather, holidays, and other events can cause delays. Shipping charges for delayed carrier deliveries are not refundable.
Can I get my order delivered by a specific date?
Most likely! Please contact us to confirm delivery estimates for time-sensitive deliveries, like birthday or Christmas presents.
Delivery Issues
Item arrived damaged
Keep all packaging and take clear photos of the box and item. Contact us right away with your order number and photos so we can start a carrier claim and arrange a solution.
Received the wrong item
Contact us with your order number and a photo of what you received, so we can verify and correct the issue ASAP.
Missing package or item
Check the tracking link and any delivery notes first. Look around delivery areas and with neighbors. If the package remains missing, contact us so we can open a trace with the carrier. Shipping delays due to weather or local emergencies are unfortunate, but outside of the control of Getboards, therefore are non-refundable. You may attempt to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
