Returns & Pricematch

Please use the following procedure for any return or exchange:

  • Sign In to your Getboards.com account and select the Completed orders option
  • Choose the product(s) you would like to return and select the return item(s) button.
  • Please indicate your preference for an exchange or refund.  We do not accept returns of used or customer-damaged merchandise. 
  • Returns must be sent within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • Any items returned in new condition with proof of purchase will be refunded at full price less any shipping and handling charges. If an item is defective Upon arrival, Getboards will send a return label. All unwanted items can be refunded within 30 days unused for a full refund. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer!
  • We will not accept COD's.
  • Any return request after the 30 day period will receive store credit!
  • We cannot accept a return for any customized merchandise, or for videos which have been opened.

If you find a lower online price, we are happy to match or beat the price (before your order ships.)
Just email pricematch@getboards.com with a link to the competing website.  We even match coupon codes, we want you as our customer!

To be Eligible for Pricematch Products MUST BE:

  • The same year (example: 2017 model or 2018 model, etc.)
  • The same color
  • The same size
  • The same condition
  • In stock on competitor’s site
  • Sold by a USA based online retailer.  Freeze Pro Shop is located in the UK, and you may be charged high import duties/taxes when you receive your package. We cannot pricematch Ebay listings.
