Head Discovery 74 Sport Skis + PR 11 GW Bindings 2027

Discovery 74 Sport blends confidence and control with playful performance. Its Superframe wood composite core delivers lightweight agility, while Auxetic Tech provides a flex pattern that adapts as you push your limits. It’s built for carving clean turns but doesn’t shy away from variable terrain when you’re ready to explore.

Features

• Auxetic Tech provides a natural flex at slower speeds but when you start to really carve, the ski stiffens and supports your improvement.
• Superframe Construction: The Superframe Construction boosts torsional strength, keeping the ski stable even on churned-up snow. Its fully wrapped fiberglass structure distributes pressure evenly along the ski, providing maximum stability and control.
• Wood Composite Core: Our Wood Composite Core blends wood with advanced composite materials, creating the perfect balance of performance and durability. Providing stability and control while keeping things light and responsive, it ensures the ski is ready for anything your day throws at it
• Graphene: The thinnest and lightest material known, used strategically in the ski to make it incredibly strong and lightweight—perfectly tuned to your riding style.
• UHM C Base: A tough, durable base that’s built to last. Reliable and steady, it won’t dazzle but will keep performing for years.
• Allmountain Rocker: Rocker that is equally at home on bulletproof snow as it is in powder. This profile uses early rise in the tip with reqular camber throughout the rest of the ski.
• Better Balance: This ski is equipped with a Better Balance Base. The inclined Better Balance Base provides a constant ramp angle for all boot sole sizes, ensuring that all skiers enjoy the same mechanical advantage for easy turn initiation and stability at high speeds.
• PROTECTOR ready: This ski is ready for PROTECTOR. The PROTECTOR binding works with all skis with pre-mounted PowerRail or SuperLiteRail base. All flat skis work with the PROTECTOR Attack binding or the PROTECTOR SET versions. Thanks to its FULL HEEL RELEASE function, the PROTECTOR binding can reduce ACL strain by more than 50%* in the event of a fall.
• Beginner: Perfect for those new to skiing to learn fundamentals. These skis are forgiving, easy to control, predictable and provide stability at lower speeds – ideal for learning the basics and building confidence.
• All Mountain: Versatile and ready for anything, these skis handle ice, groomed runs, and light powder with ease. Perfect for skiers who want one ski that performs well in a variety of conditions across the mountain.
• Medium Speed: Versatile and easy to handle, these skis are perfect for cruising the mountain at a relaxed, steady pace with control and comfort.
• Short Radius: 13.0 @ Length 170. Skis with a short radius are built for quick, tight turns and enhanced maneuverability. They excel in more technical terrain where short, precise turns are required.
• Allride Rocker: This is the perfect all-around rocker profile, designed to perform in a variety of conditions and terrain. With a balanced blend of rocker and camber, it offers versatility for skiers who enjoy everything from groomed runs to light powder and off-piste adventures.
